Mechanical Construction Manager

Mechanical Construction Manager - London - Tier 1 M&E contractor - £50m M&E Package.

Working for a well respected Tier 1 M&E contractor, you will be responsible for leading and managing the on‑site construction and installation activities for a very high profile MEP project in London worth £50m. You will ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with contract requirements, technical specifications and company procedures. The role oversees construction planning, site coordination, installation quality, logistics and workforce management across all phases of the project, from design handover through to commissioning and close‑out

Essential

· Level 3 NVQ in Construction Site Supervision

· Level 3 ONC or equivalent qualification in Building Services or Engineering

· Level 4 HNC in Building Services, Construction or Engineering (preferred minimum)

· Recognised Health & Safety qualification (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely, SMSTS)

· First Line Management qualification (ILM Level 3 or equivalent)

· CSCS Engineer Skillcard or (Black Card) · Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable:

· BEng/MEng in Building Services, Construction Management or Engineering

· CIOB or CIBSE membership (or working towards)

· MS Project or Asta Powerproject training

· Level 4 HNC in Construction Site Management

· Level 5/6 HND/BEng in Construction Management

· Level 6 Construction Contracting Operations Management

· Level 6 Construction Senior Management qualification

· ILM Level 3-5 in Leadership & Management
