* Proven experience managing mechanical building services projects.

* Experience managing project budgets, programmes and subcontractors.

* Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.

* The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

* A commercially minded approach, with an understanding of project profitability.
