Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with working experience in a customer facing position, looking for a role where you will play an integral part in designing components for use globally in the pharmaceutical sector?

This is a great opportunity for someone to be involved in a full design and product development role right from concept to ship out. The product is made on site in a fantastic modern purpose built site.

The company itself is a world-leader in the design of specialist products to the pharma sector and are financially secure/growing.

The role will involve working in a small team on customer facing design based projects. As well as hands on design, you will also be visiting clients , draw up customer documentation and coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests.

The Role:

1. Full time, permanent Design based role within pharmaceutical manufacturing offering hybrid work, flexible start times and an early Friday finish.
2. Mechanical Design Engineer using solidworks
3. Full product lifecycle; Designing Valves, test processes, project management and liaising/meeting with clients

The Person

1. Mechanical Engineering background
2. Working experience within the manufacturing engineering sector
3. Working 3D design experience, ideally using solidworks
4. Extensive experience of working with clients and ideally project management experience
