Responsibilities of a Mechanical Design Engineer:

• Create 3D models and 2D drawings from design packs using SolidWorks.
• Participate in internal and external design reviews.
• Ensure work aligns with contract specifications and project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project strategies.
• Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Adapt to varied tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What we look for in a Mechanical Design Engineer

• HNC in Mechanical Engineering (or similar discipline).
• Certified user of SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Desirable for a Mechanical Design Engineer:

• BEng/BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
• IMechE membership or status.
• Experience in Power Generation is a major advantage.
