The Senior Mechanical Engineer /Senior Building Services Engineer job itself where you will be a valued member of the company's experienced design team designing HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework systems for a wide variety of top tier projects across the UK.

You will be involved in some exciting projects across the healthcare, industrial and commercial sectors and will be a key member of the team. More specifically as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be:

• Delivering projects feasibility to detailed design, tender, construction stages and client handover ranging from £100K to £5M
• Undertaking site visits and surveys
• Co-ordinating with clients, architects and project teams
• Leading projects, liaising with design team members to produce designs
• Using the latest Design packages and technology to assure constant development
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

You will have

To be successful as Senior Mechanical Engineer /Senior Building Services Engineer you will have experience working within the Building Services Sector as an Mechanical Design Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer, with either a Consultancy or a Contracting background.

Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a working knowledge of programmes such as CAD and Revit.

Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering, CIBSE membership.
