What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role in delivering robust, compliant mechanical designs across a range of nuclear and industrial projects. Expect variety, challenge, and the chance to work across the full engineering lifecycle. You will: Create high-quality 3D models (Inventor/SolidWorks) and 2D manufacturing drawings (AutoCAD) Produce and verify design calculations Develop solutions from client specifications, national standards, and regulatory requirements Collaborate closely with Projects, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain Support design reviews, approvals, and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to project delivery, ensuring designs meet cost, quality, and safety targets Build deep product knowledge across the full lifecycle This is a role where your engineering judgement matters — and where your ideas will be heard. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who combines technical capability with curiosity, ownership, and a drive for excellence. You’ll need: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar Strong 3D/2D CAD skills (Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) Solid understanding of mechanical design principles Experience with pressure systems, pumps, pipework, or packaged systems (advantageous) Logical, analytical problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning UK nationality (due to secure site access requirements) Why Join Us?
