Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer or similar who is proficient in Autodesk Inventor looking for a specialist role providing full autonomy to oversee cutting edge projects within the Defence industry in a long-established company who work with major blue-chip clients and offer bespoke progression pathways to senior roles?

This company are a long-established, specialist Engineering company who work with a broad client base ranging from blue chip companies to the world's Navy's. Due to an ever increasing workload they are now looking to grow their Design team.

In this varied role you will play a key role in the tight-knit design team working on specialist design requirements for marine and defence application. You will design enclosures, cabinets, consoles and other associated products in addition to liaising with other departments and stakeholders to ensure on time and within budget delivery.

This dynamic role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer from a Marine / Defence background looking to work on a range of cutting-edge projects within a leading company offering the chance to continually progress.

The Role:

• Head up specialist design projects for Marine and Defence application
• Work within design team, liaise with project teams and clients
• Play a key role in on time and within budget delivery

The Person:

• Mechanical Design Engineer or similar
• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor
• Commutable to Milton Keynes
