Our client is a well-established engineering business known for its innovation, technical expertise, and high-quality product delivery across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, they're now looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support product development projects from concept through to manufacture and completion.

What's involved for the Mechanical Engineer…

* Assembly of equipment from nuts & bolts through to painting
* Provide advice to design teams in order to produce accurate drawings which supports machine assembly
* Liaise with various members to ensure work is up to date an accurate
* Support variation of new projects as well as existing
* Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives

What you'll need

* Educated or hands on industry experience in a Mechanical / Assembly background
* 2 years' experience in a precision or high-tolerance engineering environment
* Able to read from CAD drawings (IDEAL)
* Understanding of tight tolerance machining, materials, and finishing processes
* Keen eye for detail, accuracy, and quality
* Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
* A hands-on, proactive approach with a desire to grow and develop

Hours:

* Full-time, permanent role. Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
* Overtime available at 1.5x
