JOB TITLE: Mechanical Engineer

LOCATION: Cheltenham

THE PACKAGE: up to £55,000

THE BUSINESS: C4S Search are proud to be partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturing company.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• Development and modification of design documentation.
• Design of test rigs and equipment.
• Interpretation and management of customer's requirements/specifications.
• Identify, manage and communicate technical risks.
• Support problem solving and corrective action activities.
• Mentor junior engineers.

THE SKILLS REQUIRED:

• BSc or BEng in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or qualified to an equivalent level or experience.)
• Knowledge of Aerospace regulations and standards.
• Experience of designing from customer specifications using 2D & 3D design tools, preferably SolidWorks.
• Demonstrable experience of designing electro-mechanical and/or hydraulic products, preferably within an aviation business.
