Mechanical Engineer

We are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team on a high end residential site based in West London! You'll be joining a great company, be given the chance to progress further within your career, have your travel covered and be given the chance to work on a great site!

Job Duties

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
• Sprinkler Systems
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Tap Temperatures
• Chilled Water Systems
• Plumbing
• Generators
• Pressurisation units
• BMS Operation

Key Requirements

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing

Salary and Package:

• Up to £45,000 per annum
• Travel is covered by the client
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Exposure to a high end contract
