Salary: £53,487, increasing to £56,303 upon successful sign-off as competent in role

Shift Pattern

* 2 x Mornings: 06:00 - 14:30

* 2 x Afternoons: 14:00 - 22:30

* 2 x Nights: 22:00 - 06:30

* 4 Days Off

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Back End Line Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of Back End equipment, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable production.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive engineer looking to develop their skills within a supportive and dynamic production environment.

Duties of a Customer Service Representative:

* Maintain Deco, Inside Spray, Necker and Palletiser equipment

* Complete daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance tasks

* Respond to breakdowns and carry out fault finding

* Ensure equipment meets quality and safety standards

* Complete maintenance records and production documentation

* Support line efficiency and minimise downtime

* Work closely with Production Teams, Team Leaders and Shift Managers

* Provide effective shift handovers and support continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need:

Essential:

* Engineering qualification or equivalent experience

* Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Good communication skills and attention to detail

* Ability to interpret data and work independently or as part of a team

Desirable:

* Engineering Degree

* Time-served engineering apprenticeship

* Fabrication and welding experience

* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
