Job Title: Mechanical Fitter
Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Type: Full time, Permanent
Monday to Friday - DAYS ONLY - 37 hrs/week
Hours: 7am-3:30pm, with a 12pm finish on a Friday
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per year

My client, a multinational manufacturer, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for their Yeovil site. They operate in multiple countries worldwide where they value teamwork and innovative approaches. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of machinery, contributing to projects and being involved in performing maintenance and reactive tasks.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the completion of reactive and planned maintenance.

Responsibilities will include:
Performing reactive and preventative maintenance on a wide range of machinery including pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Mechanical work, including pumps etc.
Assisting departments with mechanical maintenance work

Requirements:
Mechanical Qualifications such as an NVQ or City & Guilds
Manufacturing industry experience
Experience working on hydraulics and pneumatics
