About the Role

We are seeking 60 experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our project team in Northamptonshire starting January 2026. The work involves the installation of conveyor systems within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical installation of conveyor systems and associated equipment

Reading and interpreting technical drawings

Assembly, alignment, and fitting of mechanical components

Use of hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment

Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Adhering to on-site health and safety procedures

Requirements

Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter (ideally with conveyor installation or similar industrial project experience)

Green CSCS and EMSS are not accepted on this site

CCNSG Safety Passport accepted

Ability to work safely and efficiently on site

Own tools preferred but not essential

Good communication and teamwork skills

Available to start January 2026
