Job Description: As a Maintenance Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our production facilities and equipment. You will work as part of a dynamic team and be responsible for the maintenance and repair of machinery, systems, and infrastructure to minimize downtime and maintain optimal operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment and system malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues.
3. Repair: Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and spare parts inventory.
5. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to create a safe working environment for all employees.
6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements to enhance productivity and reduce maintenance costs.
7. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies, both during and after regular working hours, as needed.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as production and engineering, to coordinate maintenance activities and support overall operational goals.
9. Training: Stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and technologies and provide training to maintenance team members as required.
