Workshop Based, commutable from Colchester, Braintree, Chelmsford, Haverhill, Halstead, Sudbury, Witham and surrounding areas

Are you a Mechanical Fitter, Mechanical Technician, Mechanical Machinist, Welder or similar with a passion for Mechanical Engineering looking for the opportunity to take full ownership of the workshop and be empowered to run the small technical workshop how you see best all whilst having stability of a growing engineering company that offer training and great overtime all whilst retaining a great work life balance?

This role will suit a technically minded individual, with a passion for mechanical engineering looking for the chance to take charge of a workshop and tasks whilst being part of a close knit specialist company.

This role will suit a Mechanical Fitter or similar looking to be technically challenged, passionate about what they do and wants to work in a close knit team.

The Company:
• Established for over 3 decades, highly regarded in the UK as a specialist in Mechanical breakdown and repairs
• Small Specialist team of 10 Employees, part of a much wider engineering group

The Opportunity:
• Working on the tools, such as Mechanical Stripping and Rebuilding, Machining and Welding
• Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm with optional overtime
• Opportunity to take charge of the workshop, Spares and general day to day running

About you:
• Mechanical Engineering background and enjoys being on the tools
