We are seeking a proficient Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Twilights) to maintain the efficiency and functionality of our clients manufacturing equipment. The role involves scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancing the overall performance of our production line.

Description

As the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer you will be tasked with the following;

• Perform regular equipment inspections and scheduled maintenance on Mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify equipment faults to minimise production downtime.
• Implement improvement initiatives to increase equipment efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance work.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the work environment.
• Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team on various projects.
• Provide technical advice and support to the production team.
• Participate in continuous learning and training programmes.

Profile

A successful Mechanical Maintenance Engineer should have:

• An academic background in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
• Willingness to work in twilight shifts.
