We are an established manufacturer based in Bromley, specialising in industrial printed packaging and precision machining. We serve local FMCG clients and engineering workshops, operating from a modern estate with a structured maintenance team. We are now looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to enhance our team.

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will:

• Carry out planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on various mechanical systems including rollers, conveyors, print presses, and CNC machines.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, belts, and bearings.
• Support occasional machine strip-downs, rebuilds, and component retrofits.
• Maintain accurate logs and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and ISO standards.

• Qualification or experience as a mechanical or multiskilled engineer (NVQ3, City & Guilds, or apprenticeship).
• Experience in packaging, printing, or light manufacturing environments.
• Strong fault-finding skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime to meet business needs.
