Job Description - Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician looking for a new permanent challenge with a company based in Halesowen who are specialists in the supply of products for the construction industry? If yes, we want to hear from you?

Annual Salary: £50,395 includes shift allowance and annual bonus
Weekly Shifts: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am rotating

Main Duties of a Mechanical Maintenance Technician:

The ability to competently work both alone and within a team environment
Attending plant breakdowns
Partake in TPM/PPM activities
Mechanically repair, maintain and improve plant equipment to a required standard
Undertake occasional installation/continuous improvement projects as required

Requirements of a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

5 Years of medium to heavy, industrial experience preferred but not essential
Must be time served, holding qualifications in Mechanical Engineering. (City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ Level 3)
17th/18th Edition desired but not essential
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
