Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team working on High-End residential apartments in the Southbank area. You'll be joining a great company, be given the chance to progress further within your career, have your travel covered and be given the chance to work on a great site! This role is working Monday - friday on a split shift of 7am - 4pm one week and 10am - 7pm the other week.

The client is looking for people ideally who have worked in Hotels or High-End residential sites.

Job Duties

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
• Sprinkler Systems
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Tap Temperatures
• Chilled Water Systems
• Plumbing
• Generators
• Pressurisation units
• BMS Operation

Key Requirements

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing

Salary and Package

• £47,500
• Monday - Friday, 7-4pm and 10am - 7pm
