Location: Central London, Barbican
Salary: £47,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – Shift Pattern (7:00am–4:00pm / 10:00am–7:00pm)

You’ll be part of a small, dedicated on-site engineering team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical building services within a critical office environment.

Your duties will include:
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of mechanical building services systems.
• Supporting the day-to-day operation of plant and equipment within a corporate office setting.
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical faults in a timely and professional manner.
• Working closely with a small on-site engineering team to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance requirements.
• Participating in a call-out rota (1 in 4) with standby allowance.

What’s On Offer:
• Salary: £47,000 per annum.
• Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (7:00am–4:00pm / 10:00am–7:00pm).

• Call-Out: 1 in 4 rota with £100 standby payment.
