To use multi engineering skills to ensure that the site and machinery run to their maximum efficiency without compromising food safety, legality or product specification.

This will be achieved by a pro-active and preventative maintenance approach together with constant vigilance to allow continuous production processes

To carry out preventative maintenance tasks and general maintenance around the site.

Respond to equipment breakdown in a fast and professional manner in order to maximise equipment up-time

Identify and resolve root cause of failure

Executing all engineering task either scheduled or impromptu

Accurate completion of maintenance paperwork

Ensure all procedures relating to personal and food safety are adhered to at all times

Setting up lines in the morning according to production

Active involvement in our positive food safety culture

Attending production lines when needed to aid production

Knowledge of working with flow wrap machines, metal detectors and ink jets machines · Welding knowledge preferable

Pneumatic knowledge

Knowledge Heating systems

Knowledge of conveyor systems

Knowledge of ovens

Knowledge of turbo temp and enrobing machines

Work with a positive food safety culture in mind
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
