The Opportunity: Mechanical to Electrical Conversion Engineer
This is a career-defining role for mechanically trained engineers who are genuinely motivated to:

What We’re Looking For (Essential)
We are specifically targeting:
Mechanically biased engineers with:
Apprenticeship (Mechanical) OR NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Maintenance / Engineering Backgrounds considered:
Manufacturing – including automotive, aerospace and process chemicals etc Food & beverage/packaging – the sweet spot Pharmaceutical/process industries Or any mechanical maintenance environment (open to all trades) Exposure to the following is highly beneficial:
Conveyors, motors, gearboxes, belts Packaging machinery/process equipment Basic exposure to sensors, relays, or electrical fault-finding What Makes This Role Different?
