You'll be working across a large healthcare estate in Birmingham. You will have responsibility for leading a team of dedicated mechanical maintenance engineers covering building services maintenance. You will ensure a compliant and effective service is delivered at all times.

This role is covering a large static estate in Birmingham.

About you

A Mechanical engineering qualification - Level 3 equivalent or higher
Previous experience of supervising multi skilled hard services engineers
You'll also have experience of managing both planned and reactive maintenance schedules
The successful applicant will be required to go through full DBS vetting due to the nature of the estate that you will be covering.Having experience of working within the healthcare industry is highly advantageous for this role.

Would also suit an Mechanical Team Leader, Mechanical Lead Engineer, Lead Mechanical Engineer, Senior Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Maintenance Manager, Assistant Mechanical Manager.
