Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Property Mechanical Supervisor – Luxury Residential
Location: Chertsey, Surrey – KT16
Salary: £60,000 + £2,000 allowance
Bonus: Up to 8% performance bonus
Benefits: 9% employer pension + private healthcare
Hours: Monday–Friday

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join an established team maintaining a prestigious portfolio of luxury private estates and high-end residential properties.

Day to day:

* Supervise plumbing, heating & mechanical works

* Manage PPM and reactive maintenance

* Oversee AHUs, FCUs, heating and mechanical systems

* Coordinate engineers, contractors and subcontractors

* Ensure gas safety compliance and certification

* Manage materials, parts and equipment

* Provide technical support and handle escalated issues

You’ll need a strong mechanical/building maintenance background, relevant plumbing & heating qualifications and knowledge of commercial gas systems.

Full UK driving licence essential.
