Join a long-standing family-owned manufacturer known for producing high-precision metal and plastic parts for the medical and scientific industries. This is a stable, days-only role based in Redhill, ideal for engineers looking to avoid shifts and focus on long-term development.

Key Duties:

• Routine servicing, inspection, and mechanical fault-finding on precision machinery
• Replacing motors, bearings, pumps, seals, and other worn parts
• Support process engineers with small adjustments and equipment changeovers
• Carry out simple fabrication and bench repairs where needed
• Maintain service records and report any hazards or near-misses

Ideal Candidate:

• Hands-on mechanical engineer or fitter with workshop or production floor experience
• Knowledge of pneumatics, motors, and precision equipment
• Comfortable working on your own or supporting a small team
• Recognised qualifications in mechanical engineering (apprenticeship/NVQ)
