The organisation focuses on air source, water source, ground source, and waste heat recovery technologies, with a strategic emphasis on high-density heat networks and public/commercial decarbonisation projects.

The Senior Projects Manager will lead the delivery of large-scale heat pump decarbonisation projects. This role demands a proactive, experienced, and ambitious individual who aligns with the company’s values of innovation, service excellence, and sustainability. You will manage project operations, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth in the commercial heat pump market.

• Lead and deliver strategic objectives and services.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion.
• Build and lead high-performing project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, effectively, and profitably.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Implement innovative service solutions and new technologies.
• Conduct regular reviews with senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning.
• Promote a positive health & safety culture and ensure compliance.
• Manage project billing, profitability, and sales pipeline.
• Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally.

• Deliver technically and commercially successful projects.
• Ensure projects meet contractual obligations and timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Maintain and grow partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of a full-lifecycle decarbonisation service model.

• Relevant trade qualifications.
• Higher education (HNC/HND/Degree) in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in project management within the industry.
• Management training and VD clearance.

• Effective and progressive leadership capabilities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proven engineering experience in heat pump and decarbonisation projects.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and results driven.
• Excellent team player with a client-focused approach.
