We are working with a well-established Mechanical Contractor who specialise in Commercial CAT A & CAT B Fit Out projects across London. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work in West London, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.

Projects typically range from £1m–£5m, delivering high-quality office refurbishments and fit outs for Tier 1 main contractors and end clients.

The Role

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover.

You will manage programme, subcontractors, procurement and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Managing mechanical packages on commercial fit out projects

*

Overseeing site teams including supervisors and subcontractors

*

Programme management and coordination with the main contractor

*

Procurement of plant and materials

*

Financial management alongside the commercial team

*

Attending client and progress meetings

*

Ensuring high levels of health & safety and quality compliance

*

Driving projects through commissioning and handover

About You

*

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager

*

Strong background in Commercial Fit Out (CAT A & CAT B)

*

Experience delivering projects in the £1m–£5m range

*

Excellent client-facing and communication skills

*

Commercially aware and capable of running projects independently

*

Based within commuting distance of West London
