The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join an established and growing organisation, delivering a range of mechanical projects across Essex and the wider Home Counties.

Key Responsibilities

Manage mechanical projects from initial handover through to successful completion.

Take overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, budget and quality.

*

Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.

*

Manage project programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved.

*

Monitor project costs, variations and commercial performance.

*

Oversee procurement, subcontractors and project resources.

*

Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

*

Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.

*

Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.

*

Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering mechanical projects.

You will ideally have:

Strong mechanical building services experience.

*

Proven experience managing projects from start to finish.

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

*

Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

*

Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.

*

The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

*

A professional approach with the confidence to communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
