Mechanical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the delivery of mechanical works across commercial building services projects

* Coordinate project activities from planning through to completion, ensuring works meet programme, budget and quality requirements

* Liaise with key project stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, clients and subcontractors

* Manage subcontractor performance, procurement and material requirements

* Monitor project progress, costs and resources, providing regular updates to stakeholders

* Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, snagging and handover of mechanical services

* Ensure all works are completed in line with relevant health & safety and project requirements

Experience

* Previous experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role within M&E / building services

* Strong understanding of mechanical building services, including HVAC, pipework and associated plant

* Experience managing commercial projects from start to finish

* Good understanding of project costs, programmes and delivery requirements

* Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
