Zeal Recruitment have an amazing opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a large nationwide M&E business on a permanent basis within their Midlands team to deliver projects up to the value of £12million
This is a site based role where you will be expected to travel between sites across the Midlands region.

The duties of the Mechanical Project Manager would be:

• Management of the project budget including procurement
• Preparing method statements and risk assessments
• Conducting meetings with clients and liaising between management, supply chain and delivery team
• Planning programme of works and ensuring the projects are running smoothly
• Management of Health & Safety and working alongside the company QHSE Manager
• Attendance of internal and client progress meetings
• Management of the site teams and ensuring they are briefed and up to date with all aspects of the project
• Ordering of materials against specifications
• Resolution of any issues pertaining to access and installation
• Ensure installation documents are completed and submitted accordingly

The successful Mechanical Project Manager will need:

• To come from a Mechanical or building services background
• Experienced of project management and supervision
• Good communicator
• Organised and able to work on multiple projects at one time
• Experience on MS Word, Excel essential
