We are currently recruiting for the following freelance roles in Oxford
 
Required: Mechanical Project Manager
Also required: Mechanical Site Manager | QA/QC Mechanical Manager | QA/QC Mechanical Officer
 
Project:
£90m commercial new build & refurbishment project  
Mechanical services are valued at over £3m.
Project duration, October 26 – May 28.
Site Hours: 8am – 6pm.

Employment:
Full time & freelance

Location:
central Oxford city centre, 15-20mins from the train station.
 
Day Rates:
We’ve not committed to any days rates with the client at this point and are happy to negotiate on your behalf based on the level of  relavent experience to the above project and working within the building services sector.

Mechanical Project Manager
Project Planning and Management | Financial and Commercial Control | Technical & Quality oversight | Health, Safety & Compliance | Communication & Leadership.
 
Mechanical Site Supervisor
Installation Oversight | Subcontractor Management | Programme and Progress | Health and Safety | Trade Coordination | Quality and Technical Compliance | Testing, Commissioning and Handover.
 
QA/QC Mechanical Manager
Quality Planning & Compliance | System Inspections & Testing | Defect & Non-Conformance Management | Subcontractor Coordination | Documentation & Handover.
 
QA/QC Officer
Inspections and Testing | Site Installation Control | Witnessing Tests |Documentation and Reporting |Non-Conformance Management | Compliance Verification.

Experience required:
Work in the commercial Construction industry and in particular have lengthy experience of working with Mechanical/HVCA Building Services Contractors in Project Management, Supervision or Quality Assurance & Control. 

Company working for:
A national M&E Building Services Contractor with a pedigree for delivering major in Healthcare, Education, Life Sciences, Residential & Commercial. Employing over 150 staff and an annual revenue of £50m.
