Mechanical Project Manager – Data Centre

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical packages on a large-scale data centre project in Hounslow.
Key Responsibilities

Manage mechanical installations, including HVAC, chilled water, cooling systems and associated pipework.
*
Oversee mechanical subcontractors, site supervisors and installation teams.
*
Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and resource allocation.
*
Coordinate with electrical, CSA and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
*
Monitor installation progress, quality, health and safety, and compliance with project specifications.
*
Manage technical submittals, RFIs, design coordination and subcontractor performance.
*
Oversee mechanical testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover to the client.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects.
*
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services, particularly HVAC and cooling systems.
*
Experience managing mechanical packages from installation through to commissioning and handover.
*
Strong subcontractor management, programming and commercial awareness.
*
SMSTS and relevant mechanical qualifications preferred
