We're seeking a Mechanical Revit Coordinator with at least 3 years’ experience to join a leading M&E contractor working on technically complex projects. You’ll be responsible for coordinating mechanical ventilation, heating, and cooling systems - ideally including experience working on plant rooms.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating detailed mechanical services in Revit (ventilation, heating & cooling)

• Working with MEP Stage 4 design information - layouts, schematics, specifications & schedules

• Attending BIM meetings and coordination workshops

• Raising RFIs (Requests for Information)

• Using Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Fabrication tools within Revit

What we're looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Proactive mindset, good team player, and inquisitive nature

• Comfortable working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

• Must live within commutable distance to East Croydon Station

Preferred (not essential):

• Experience leading small teams

• Degree or HNC/HND in Construction, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related

• Experience with M&E contractors and/or site-based coordination

• CSCS card holder

Package & Perks:
