Mechanical Site Manager Wanted!

Our client is seeking a Mechanical Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Mechanical Site Manager will be responsible for providing management of sites and operational projects, ensuring all sites are operating smoothly and efficiently. The Mechanical Site Manager must have proven Mechanical experience and/or related degree with strong technical knowledge and be able to be hands-on where necessary.

Key Responsibilities for the Mechanical Site Manager:

• Support the development of new customer offers with technical, operational, and pricing output
• Continually improve operating procedures and ensure they are being adhered to
• Pro-actively manage and build our client and customer relationships with regards to the day-to-day running of the sites and attendance to any regular client reporting meetings
• Responsible for the safe and effective operation of a number of sites
• Responsible for operational budgets & reporting against business KPIs
• Responsible for delivery of any specialist services and call-out contracts

Skills Required for the Mechanical Site Manager:

• Mechanical engineering degree or similar
• Proven experience in large projects
• Proven and strong Mechanical experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Excellent organisational skills
• Proven team leadership and people management skills
• Fully IT Proficient (Microsoft Office, BMS Systems etc)
