Mechanical Site Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join an established M&E business, overseeing mechanical works on a site in Tidbury, Salisbury.

Key Responsibilities -

* Supervise mechanical installations including heating, ventilation, water and drainage.

* Manage subcontractors and site teams.

* Coordinate works with Project Managers, engineers and other trades.

* Monitor quality, progress and programme.

* Review drawings and resolve technical issues.

* Ensure works comply with RAMS, health & safety and company procedures.

* Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers through to handover.

Personal Requirements -

* Previous Mechanical Site Manager/Supervisor experience within M&E or building services.

* Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read drawings.

* Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.

* Good understanding of RAMS and site safety.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* MOD experience desirable.

Qualifications

The following qualifications and certifications are desirable but not essential:

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* Construction Management qualification

* PASMA

* First Aid

* Asbestos Awareness
