Mechanical Supervisor

If so, I am seeking an Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join an industry leading Facilities & Maintenance company on a contract near Salisbury.

Location: Salisbury

Salary: Up to £50k

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Duties:

• Lead and manage a team of Mechanical engineers
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs of Mechanical systems and equipment
• Schedule and supervise preventative maintenance tasks
• Ensure the highest standards of health and safety at all times
• Manage electrical materials and equipment to ensure the appropriate stock levels
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the contract

Requirements:

• Trade qualifications
• Experience performing a similar role
• Strong leadership skills
• The ability to motivate and inspire your team
