What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation teams across multiple sites.
• Conduct desktop surveys and ensure installations meet high-quality standards.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Oversee daily progress, conduct quality checks, and manage site documentation.
• Maintain health and safety standards and liaise with project managers and subcontractors.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or Heating & Ventilation.
• Proven experience supervising mechanical or renewable energy installations.
• Gas safe
• SMSTS or SSSTS (or willingness to obtain), valid CSCS card, and full UK driving licence.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Desirable

• MCS-accredited installation experience.
• BPEC/NICEIC certification in heat pumps or solar PV.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Experience with ECO4, PAS 2035, or retrofit energy efficiency schemes.
