PPL Training is a market-leading provider of technical training in mechanical and electrical safety, compliance, and facilities management. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Mechanical Trainer with AHU and ventilation experience to join their expert team in York.

In this role, you will deliver classroom-based and practical training on ventilation systems, air handling units, and associated safety procedures. Full training will be provided to help you transition into a teaching role.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ventilation systems within an NHS or healthcare environment. An F-Gas qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge in ventilation systems to step away from site work and into a stable, people-focused training position.

The Role:

*Monday to Friday (No shifts or weekend work)
*Full training provided to become a qualified trainer
*Delivering training on air handling units, ventilation systems, and mechanical safety
*Classroom instruction, demonstrations, and learner assessments

The Person:

*Experience installing, servicing, or commissioning AHUs and ventilation systems
*NHS or healthcare background preferred
*F-Gas certification desirable but not essential
*Looking to move into a training and development role
