Were working with a busy, independent MOT and repair centre based just outside Peterborough, who are looking to take on a qualified MOT Tester to join their team. If youre confident with prep work, repairs and testingand want to be part of a straightforward, supportive workshopthis could be a great fit.

The Role:

As a Mechanic / MOT Tester, youll be responsible for carrying out MOT tests alongside general repair and servicing work. Youll be working in a well-equipped and tidy garage environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out MOT testing to DVSA standards

• Perform general servicing and repairs on a variety of vehicles

• Handle prep work and ensure vehicles are test-ready

• Maintain workshop cleanliness and uphold health & safety standards

• Deliver great customer service when required

About You:

• MOT Testing Licence is essential

• Experience working in a similar garage/mechanic role

• Confident working independently and as part of a small team

• Professional and reliable with a customer-first attitude

• Driving licence preferred
