Wetheringsett Manor School are seeking a Mechanics Instructor/Teacher.
What is the main purpose of your role?
As a Mechanics Instructor/Teacher, you will play a key role in bringing learning to life, helping pupils develop valuable practical skills, confidence and independence alongside their academic learning. Working closely with the headteacher, you will contribute to delivering high-quality teaching and creating engaging learning experiences that motivate pupils and help them achieve their potential.
What will the job entail?
You will teach mechanics alongside other subjects as required, adapting your approach to meet the individual needs, interests and abilities of our pupils. Through practical activities, real-world experiences and engaging lessons, you will help young people discover their strengths, develop new skills and build a sense of achievement.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the wider development of the school’s curriculum, taking on additional responsibilities as agreed with the Head of Education.
