Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to SEMH students.
Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.
Monitor and report on student progress and development.
Develop the mechanics teaching area and curriculum.Requirements:

Proven experience instructing mechanics is required.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience teaching BTEC (entry to Level 1 Qualification).
A passion for making a difference in the lives of young people with SEMH needs.
Relevant teaching qualifications and certifications.
Experience teaching KS4 to KS5 students.Preferred:
