Now we are hiring a Media Buyer to join our Growth team and help scale our paid media engine across Meta, TikTok Ads, TikTok GMV, AppLovin, and Snap.

This is a great opportunity to grow your performance marketing career at a fast-moving beauty brand, working directly with our Senior Media Buyer to manage budgets, test relentlessly, and turn paid media into one of our biggest growth levers, seen by millions of people.

What You Will Do:

• Manage day-to-day execution of paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok Ads, TikTok GMV, AppLovin, and Snap, including budget pacing, bid strategy, and account hygiene.
• Launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns against CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets, making rapid adjustments based on performance data.
• Partner with the Senior Media Buyer to develop and execute testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, offers, and bidding strategies.
• Analyse campaign performance daily/weekly and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the performance creative team to brief new ad concepts based on performance insights and whitespace opportunities.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging platform features (e.g. new ad formats, targeting capabilities) to keep Wonderskin ahead of the curve.
• Maintain organised reporting and documentation of campaign performance, budgets, and test results.
• Support forecasting and budget planning in partnership with the Senior Media Buyer and broader growth team.
• Use AI tools and automations to streamline campaign and ad builds, freeing up time from manual setup to focus on strategy, testing, and analysis.

• You have 4-6 years of hands-on paid media / performance marketing experience, ideally in DTC, e-commerce, or a high-growth consumer brand.
• You have direct, in-platform experience managing budgets on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager; TikTok GMV/Shop experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with AppLovin and/or Snap Ads is a plus.
• You have a strong grasp of performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV) and how to diagnose and act on them.
• You're comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume testing environments with rapidly shifting priorities.
• You have sharp analytical skills paired with strong communication - you can explain the "why" behind the numbers, not just report them.
• You're proficient with tracking/attribution tools (e.g. TripleWhale, Northbeam, GA4) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• You have a collaborative mindset - you'll work closely with a Senior Media Buyer and cross-functional partners, not in isolation.
• You have a good to strong grasp of AI, automations, and workflow tools, with genuine familiarity or keen interest in embedding them into day-to-day.
• You're high energy and results focused.
