Type: Full-Time | Reports to: Head of Media | Salary: Up To £35K | Team: Media 


About The Role:


Our Media team helps ensure our podcast and branded content campaigns reach the right audience and deliver measurable impact. As a Media Manager, you will support the planning, activation and optimisation of network publisher, influencer and paid social campaigns. This role sits at the heart of client delivery - you’ll provide day-to-day client support on key media projects, overseeing campaign development, timelines, and budgets whilst working closely with Account Management and Production teams to coordinate campaign deliverables. You’ll thrive in this role if you love organisation, problem-solving, attention to detail and delivering strong results for clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Planning & Delivery



  • Plan and activate influencer, publisher and paid social campaigns within budget

  • Coordinate timelines and campaign deliverables with internal teams 

  • Set-up, monitor and optimise campaigns to meet agreed KPIs

  • Support creation of briefs, ad copy and content plans 


Reporting & Performance Optimisation



  • Compile and analyse campaign performance data

  • Prepare post-campaign reports, presenting insights, learnings and recommendations to clients 


Collaborative Communication



  • Act as a day-to-day contact for queries relating to campaign strategy and delivery

  • Provide clear guidance on best practice to support delivery against agreed media KPIs

  • Share regular updates on campaign delivery and performance progress


Campaign Strategy & Development



  • Contribute to the development of brief responses and media planning recommendations based on audience insight and campaign goals 

  • Collaborate with strategy and commercial teams to shape integrated media strategies across key product offerings

  • Stay informed on media industry trends and emerging platforms


Client & Partner Relationships 



  • Work with existing media partners to secure competitive rates and build relationships with new partners to expand and strengthen our network

  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client partnerships and contribute to new business where relevant 


What You’ll Bring:



  • Experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, publisher networks, or community-led media environments

  • Experience planning and delivering paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Reddit and LinkedIn), with an understanding of paid social set-up and best practice

  • Experience using Excel to interpret data, identifying trends and insights

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills 

  • Organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • An understanding of media planning principles and how media solutions align to client objectives.

  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
