Media Procurement Transformation Lead

The role

Lead a first-of-its-kind transformation in media procurement.

You'll be embedded with a global FMCG business at an exciting point in its media journey. Its procurement team works at the forefront of competitive buying, sustainable sourcing and purpose-led partnerships, combining its own technology and insight with its partners' to create disruptive sourcing strategies and supplier-led innovation that respond quickly and flexibly to changing consumer needs.

As Media Procurement Transformation Lead, you'll drive a major organisational change in media procurement, rolling out new technology and modern digital tools for the first time. You'll own efficiency delivery, adoption planning and execution, leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders so the change lands and creates real value.

What you'll do

• Lead organisational change: drive the transformation agenda, making sure new processes, tools and ways of working are adopted smoothly across the organisation.


• Roll out new technology: plan, deploy and integrate new technology and modern digital tools, keeping them aligned to strategic objectives.


• Deliver efficiencies: own measurable efficiency improvements through process optimisation and technology adoption.


• Enable digital ways of working: establish and embed digital tools that improve transparency, automation and performance tracking in media buying.


• Manage projects and stakeholders: run complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams, delivering on time and communicating clearly with senior stakeholders.


• Build capability: design and deliver training and change management programmes so new tools and processes are adopted.


• Track performance: monitor progress against KPIs, efficiency targets and adoption milestones, and give leadership regular updates.

What you'll bring

Experience

• A proven track record in procurement transformation, digital tools implementation or media buying technology.


• Leading large-scale, complex global projects with cross-functional teams.


• Shaping and leading business process re-engineering, and driving change management so new processes and technology are adopted.


• Quantifying efficiency gains and value delivered, with an analytical mindset.


• Influencing and communicating at senior levels.
