Job Description:

Role Overview

At Johnson & Johnson MedTech Vision, we are committed to advancing eye health through innovative education and training solutions. The Audio-Visual & Digital Learning Specialist will partner closely with the Professional Education and Development (PED) team to design and develop high-quality digital learning and multimedia content. This role is critical to delivering contemporary, engaging and impactful educational materials that support the training and development of Eye Care Professionals across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Multimedia Production

  • Translate educational concepts into high-quality video content for websites, presentations and digital platforms
  • Produce and edit video materials, including filming, post-production and formatting for multiple channels
  • Develop HTML-based content and presentation assets to enhance educational delivery

Animation & Visual Design

  • Create animations to effectively illustrate clinical and educational concepts
  • Design visual assets and graphics for:
    • Educational videos
    • Websites
    • Presentations
    • Training materials

Digital Learning Development

  • Build interactive learning modules using platforms such as:
    • Articulate Storyline
    • Articulate Rise
  • Support the development of engaging, user-focused digital learning experiences

Platform & Content Management

  • Co-manage the upload and maintenance of educational content across:
    • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
    • Websites and digital platforms
  • Ensure all materials are accurate, compliant and optimised for user experience

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with PED, marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver aligned educational solutions
  • Provide creative input on how to best communicate complex clinical concepts visually
  • Continuously improve content based on feedback and evolving learning needs

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Experience

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Digital Media, Multimedia Production, Graphic Design or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in:
    • Video production and editing
    • Animation and digital design
    • Development of digital learning content

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in tools such as:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
    • Articulate Storyline and Rise
    • Basic HTML or web content creation
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and digital publishing tools

Core Competencies

  • Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability
  • Ability to translate complex information into engaging visual content
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
