Job Description - Medical Administrator

Alliance Medical are currently recruiting Medical Administrators, to join our teams in Belfast.

This role offers a Full-time, Permanent Contract and the successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week. This will suit an individual who is enthusiastic and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is key.

The successful candidate will be involved in confirming & scheduling radiology appointments, updating systems, acting as a first point of contact to patients, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Job Requirements
Previous Administration experience
Excellent Communication Skills and Time Management
Attention to Detail.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Positive, helpful and cheerful attitude.
An enthusiastic and caring nature
Literacy in MS Office XP is a prerequisite.
Ability to work in a challenging environment with changing priorities.
