We are seeking a Medical Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support within the private health-care sector.

Client Details

The client is a scaling up private hospital in central London. Currently they occupy one site but are growing to 2 sites. This is a brilliant opportunity to support a busy Medical Director as the hospital continues to grow. You will join a super friendly and supportive team. Their clients are predominantly UHNWI and the environment reflects this.

Description

• Manage the Medical Director's diary
• Liaise with patents and be very confidential as clients are often well know and UHNWI
• Arrange corporate meetings, look after governance
• Help with any ad hoc projects

Profile

A successful Medical Executive Assistant should have:

• Proven experience in an executive or administrative assistant role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with health-care environments and terminology is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

Job Offer

Competitive salary ranging from £45000 to £50000 per annual depending on the candidate
