Our client is currently seeking a native Italian/English speaking graduate with a degree in the Life Sciences field, for a Medical Information Specialist position.

Main Responsibilities: Manage client requests for medical and safety information from various sources (e.g., phone, email) Provide on-label and off-label information according to regulations, standards, and policies.

Manage records and reports adverse events, pregnancies, special cases, and product complaints as required.

Perform document translations and deliver responses in the Italian/English languages Craft accurate information responses using approved resources and assists in creating custom replies After-hours support on a rotating schedule as needed by the business.
