Requirements

The medical
negligence work includes:

•       Medical
negligence.

•       Misdiagnosis

•       Psychiatric
illnesses

•       Instructing counsel and
experts

•       Communicating with the
Defendants.

•       Gather and compile
evidence

•       Asist in
identifying any legal issues

•       Schedule
losses and review statements and particulars

•       Assist the
partner with ad hoc work for the department
