Company Overview

A well-established law firm and medical company based in the North West is
currently seeking a Medical Records Paginator Department Head to join their
team at their St Helens office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and detail-focused professional
with a strong background in medical records pagination to step into a senior
leadership role within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

•  Oversee the daily operations of the medical pagination department
•  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of pagination professionals
•  Personally handle a number of medical pagination files to support team workload and maintain hands-on expertise
•  Review and ensure the accuracy and compliance of medical records and chronologies
•  Liaise with solicitors, medical experts, and clients to fulfil pagination requirements
•  Allocate resources and monitor workloads to meet deadlines
•  Implement training plans and quality assurance processes
•  Stay up to date with relevant legal and medical terminology and practices

Candidate Requirements

•  Significant experience in medical records pagination (ideally in a legal or medico-legal setting)
•  Previous leadership or management experience
•  Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
•  Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legal processes related to personal injury and clinical negligence
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
•  Effective communication and team coordination skills
